Cooking Class & Dinner: A Farm-to-Table Journey

Join us for an intimate and enriching evening where food and ecology meet. This event is co-hosted by Sean Koh, a chef-turned-regenerative farming apprentice - this workshop will take you from garden to plate, utilising produce harvested right in the heart of Orchard Road.
What's included:
Guided Garden Tour: stroll through our rooftop garden and learn about the our sustainable farming practices, and get to taste and harvest some ingredients that will be used for your meal
Interactive Cooking Class: prepare a creative menu inspired by the bounty of the garden's lesser known herbs and vegetables to elevate your cooking
Dinner: Enjoy the fruits of your labour together while sharing stories and insights into the connections between food, farming and sustainability
