Culinary Tips

Edible: fruits, young leaves

Okra, or commonly known as ladies’ finger, are high in vitamins C and K and are a good source of manganese and folate.

Its fruit pods can be eaten both raw and cooked. Our heirloom varieties are much more flavourful than commercially grown ones, and are perfect just grilled with salt and pepper or with a brush of miso glaze, or eaten raw when sliced thin into a salad.
