Cucumber can be eaten raw, sliced into a salad.
We like to pickle them as well, as a refreshing accompaniment to other dishes. Slice thinly, place in a glass jar and submerge cucumbers with a 3% brine solution (3g salt to 100g of water) and refrigerate. Feel free to add your own spices such as garlic and dill.
